birmingham bullring life feels betterWe’ve all been hit hard from the recession….yawn! Haven’t we heard enough about the gloomy recession? Can we really digest another article about the ‘downturn’ or the ‘credit crunch’? Yes, it was awful and the price of bread will soon be two whole English pound. But isn’t it about time we looked ahead with a positive attitude? 2010 is all about being optimistic – and this is the theme for the Bullring in Birmingham for the rest of the year.

The Bullring in Birmingham wants to put the recession behind us and move on to bigger and better things. So this year, everyone at the Bullring will be wearing their best smiles and launching the ‘Life Feels Better’ Bullring Art Project. If you’ve got something to be happy about, then you’ll want to take part…

Optimism is the theme, and your pictures are going to be the centerpiece for the Bullring Art Project. You get to be the artist by sending your photos, images, artwork, writing or music to the ‘Life Feels Better’ project, and you could have your stuff chosen to feature on the Bullring centrepiece. So if something makes you smile, makes you feel excited, makes you feel positive about life in 2010, send it into the Life Feels Better website now.

In addition to this, there will also be a whole host of exciting events at the shopping mall. This includes Artist Aerosol Arabic graffiti in Rotunda Square and the chance to Tweet your happy feelings @lifefeelsbetter. You can see you happy thoughts on the feed at www.lifefeelsbetter.co.uk/tweeffiti
